How many treatments would you recommend for the best results?

3-6 treatments are recommended however we may determine the amount of treatments you require upon assessment. Treatments are usually performed every 3-4 weeks.

Is this treatment suitable for my skin?

IPL is safe for most people but is not suitable for everyone. Pregnant women and people who are on blood thinners, for example, should avoid IPL. We suggest consulting with us first before booking for your first IPL treatment.

Is there downtime?

There is no downtime! However, please be aware that you will need to be 100% sun compliant to have this treatment done.

What can be expected during the treatment?

A small, virtually pain free zap will be felt on the area being targeted. You will feel a warm sensation for around an hour after the treatment. The SuperLUX has the additional benefits of real-time cooling to ensure client safety and comfort.
